Expert’s opinion

Dr. Nereida Gonzalez-Berrios, MD, reviewer and certified psychiatrist of ThePleasantDream, commented, “the Dream Rebound Theory coined by Sigmund Freud indicates dreams to be a representation of one’s unconscious desires, wishes, motivations, and interestingly it has been backed by research.”

She further adds, “dreamscape is one such place where you can control your dreams to enjoy a pleasant mood. So, this could be why people encounter the “dream of losing weight” because they wish to do it for a very long time. However, no matter the reason, dreams may have a hidden meaning in your waking life. So, take time out of your busy schedule to analyze your dreams so that you can take the correct way ahead.”
