Experts Opinion

Dr. Nereida Gonzalez-Berrios, MD, reviewer and certified psychiatrist of ThePleasantDream, commented, “Dreams are freaky and strange, but they tell us a lot about the dreamer’s waking life situations. Anxiety dreams disclose the unconscious mind’s buried secrets.

These dreams can also assist you in resolving real-life disputes, learning the process of letting go, and evolving yourself to handle emotions more effectively.”

“There is no complete cure for anxiety dreams,” she adds, “but you can always use self-help coping skills to lessen the impact of these terrifying dreams in your waking life.

If you have generalized anxiety disorder and require expert support to conquer your anxiety dreams, you should also consider visiting a mental health specialist.” she advised.
