To substantiate the study’s claims, the team researched the Google search data and found a rise in ‘divorce dream’ in the month of March.
The Google trends data revealed a 50% rise in the search query of ‘divorce dream.’ The sudden spike of the query shows that people might be thinking about divorce and getting dreams about the same.

Experts Opinion
Dr. Nereida Gonzalez-Berrios, MD, reviewer and certified psychiatrist of ThePleasantDream, commented, “Dreams help us to sort our feelings, connect us to our past experiences and life situations, ultimately preparing us for the challenges ahead.
Our relationships are closely knotted to our emotions, subconsciously affecting our minds and resulting in dreams and nightmares. A divorce is a stressful, traumatizing event that can disrupt your sleep and dream patterns.”
She adds, “Dreams about divorce can be challenging to interpret. So don’t just listen to the words in the dream if there is any direct link to your marriage or relationship. Instead, think about your relationship’s current state and your connection.
Additionally, if the dream interpretation offers guidance, consider whether your circumstances make it appropriate.
Whether it’s a personal or professional relationship, talk to the other party or ask a friend for advice to ensure you’re headed in the correct direction.”
