Though they look tiny, spiders can be petrifying for some. Besides, their appearance in the dreamscape could also give goosebumps. That could be one of the reasons people are looking for the dream meaning of spiders. And a recent analysis undertaken by ThePleasantDream validates the same.
So, the team analyzed the Google Search data of common dreams in The United States of America to compare the stats of 2021 and 2022. Interestingly, the team found that “Dreams about Spiders,” has witnessed a hike.
The search query witnessed a rise of 22%, wherein the average monthly search volume in 2021 was 14800 and went up to 18100 in 2022. The team undertook the research with the help of Google Keywords Planner, Google Trends, and Keywords Everywhere.

Dream scenarios that witnessed no change
The average search volume of “dream about snakes” was 49500 in 2021 and remained the same in 2022. “Dreams about pregnancy” also witnessed zero growth, with the average search volume being 14800 for both years.
And “dreams about flying” also faced the same fate, with an average search volume of 8100 for both years. Besides, “dreams about falling” had a 6600 average search volume in 2021 and the same in 2022. “Dream of money” too stayed on the same average search volume of 3600 for 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Dream scenarios that witnessed downhill
When it comes to average search volume “dream about teeth falling out” is the topmost in 2022 and 2021 respectively. The query witnessed 90500 average searches in 2021 but subsequently this search volume dropped down to 74000 in 2022 i.e. a dip of -18%.
“Dreams about dogs,” too saw a downhill of -18% as the search volume of this query went from 14800 in 2021 to 12100 in 2022.
It is further followed by “dreams about being chased,” which witnessed a dip of -19% from volume falling from 8100 in 2021 to 6600 in 2022. And interestingly, the last in the list is “dream about cheating,” which saw a -55% downfall, with search volume going from 12100 in 2021 to 5400 in 2022.
